Yes, you can redistribute the meshes except the exclusive ones.

This is the List of the exclusive Head Meshes:
Female : series xxd by Daniel, xvx by Virtual, xxo by Daboo and xix by MadKid
Male : series xxP by Virtual and xix by Madkid

Other than above Head Meshes are free to be redistributed. Just be sure to follow the rules of the readme file.

Below each preview image there's a text which informs you if the mesh is redistributable or not.
